Train the Trainer

Capability Accelerators offers training sessions for individuals and groups on a variety of the innovative processes and methodologies we use to help transform organizations into operations that are designed for the 21st century and the Knowledge Age Economy.

These sessions are designed for both the seasoned and the emerging leader. Due to the innovative nature of the subject matter the only pre-requisites for attendees is that they have an open mind; are on a management career track and desire to be exposed to the next generation of management and leadership training.

Each Session is conducted by Jeffrey S. Deckman and is part of the Learn it Today and Leverage it Tomorrow Applied Learning curriculum.

The Aristotle Model™ for Complex Problem Solving
This course combines two disciplines into a single session. The first portion introduces the participant to the problem assessment and solving process developed and taught by Aristotle. His simple but profound formula guarantees that those tasked with resolving multifaceted issues are able to do so thoroughly and with maximum efficiency.

The second phase of the seminar introduces the participant to the proprietary Anticipated Impact Mapping™ process. Anticipated Impact Mapping (AIM) is a highly effective tool that helps executives and Leadership Councils to assess the impact of proposed solutions prior to deciding upon a specific course of action to take.

The combination of these two processes provides a superior problem analysis tool coupled with an analytical tool designed to eliminate the unintended consequences of solutions from creating undesired chaos.
